They reason they skipped 101 was because they wanted their first Blu-ray Platinum Edition to be one of the landmark classics like SB. It was a strategy decision. Disney is probably going to take centuries cranking out these films, like they did on DVD. Well of course, I'm anxious to see what Disney does with 4:3 films. Will they leave it as is, or include a 'widescreen' 'zoomed in' version of some sort for the average consumers. I'm sure there will be lots of complaints.
