I've heard people have had this problem when they have noise reduction on. Not sure if that's an option for PS3, I haven't had to set my PS3's parameters in a few months. Also, check your monitor and refresh rates, I assume you have 24 fps going on frm the PS3, or 60 fps? Depends on what your watching. if it's 60 fps you're going to have problems if your tv/monitor has g-g times of 15 ms or more
