I've noticed that all of the Sony manuals state that you should never use commericially available discs cleaners sprays when cleaning your blu-rays, but don't state why. I've been wondering why this is. Both DVD and BD are composed of the same polycarbonite material and do not see of these sprays are not recommended to use.
Does any body have an idea why this is, do the standard sprat cleaners pose a risk to the Blu-ray discs?
