I wouldn't. I got into HD DVD back in '06 because the 'HD A2' came out like, the week before xmas and it was an early xmas gift for me.
It was also way cheaper than Blu ray, at the time. I love
my player and movies and I am not selling them nor am I replacing them with
but, everything I get now is definitely going to be blu-ray. I'd put the money toward a player, drive, or more blu-ray's personally.
