1st movie is The Hobbit. 2nd movie (unnamed at this time) is an all new IP (made up by Walsh, Del Toro, and Jackson) that bridges the 40-60 years between The Hobbit and The Fellowship. The 2nd movie is where we might actually see the characters from the LOTR Trilogy reprising their roles.
