when i was looking for a mini fridge i found that most under 100 bucks were exactly that...coolers. theyre designed to KEEP stuff cool, not MAKE it cold which sucks. i saw one at a yard sale that was 10 bucks. it wasnt huge but it was good enough to hold at least a 12pk. my girlfriend told me not to get it so i killed her. jk but i didnt get it and i regret it everyday(wish i did kill her). jk again!
p.s. not sure about the noise factor on these but i saw one at home depot(a magic chef unit i believe) that was around the 150-180 mark.
