That would be great, unfortunately there is no indication in writing that the display runs at anything other than 60 hz, and if all it does is 60 hz I highly doubt it would do a better job of 3:2 pulldown than the PS3. I'll check tonight to see what result I get when using auto mode, but my concern is that the PS3 will see that the tv accepts a 24 fps signal and automatically choose that, as it's the best option generally, which the tv will then pulldown to 60 hz.
The specific verbiage in the manual under the "Input signals that can be displayed" table is "The above signals are reformatted for optimal viewing on your display." This of course could simply be referring to scaling the images to the 1366x768 native resolution, but it also probably refers to the refresh rate as well. If it doesn't actually display 24fps though, I wonder what the point of accepting such an input would be...
