I'm sure it is 199.99, but it's possible they may have slashed the price by 30 bucks or whatever. See, this price drop will definitely do well, but a 199 Arcade would do gangbusters. It would ensure MS > Sony for the holiday.
I wonder how Sony will respond (they have probably known for a little while now...and are probably in the conference room)
