Personal HiDef observation
Well I been busy with work and aerobics, but watching a lot of blu-rays.
not much in these forums lately since HD DVD pretty much died.
Here is what I observed in the field
1. HD DVD pretty much gone!
2. Universal and Paramount are on Blu-ray - could not believe Universal last year.
3. Best buy has 2 rows or so with Blu-ray - not just 2 areas - entries rows
4. Blockbuster is expanding.
5. Seen Blu-ray players under $300.
6. Blu-ray movie list here is hugh
7. HD DVD almost removed from this site.
Personally I been saving money at same time watching more Bliu-ray thanks to BlockBusters 21.99 watch any movie each day or so deal. It better than online or VOD - because I can watch it and return it anytime.
By holiday season, it just be completely diffierent than last year - Blu-ray has won and here to stay.
