In Bruges is coming out in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland in December, it's going to be released by Scanbox.
I've seen the HD trailer on many other Scanbox releases (looks great) and I'm very much looking forward to this one. I haven't seen the movie but at least the IMDB score is very high and it looks pretty interesting based on the trailer.
All other Scanbox releases I've checked so far have been region free and they look very good with AVC encoded video and high quality DTS-HD audio tracks and optional subs in Nordic languages. All of them are on BD-25 discs so far and extras are typically in SD PAL, though some HD trailers are usually included as well in the extras menu. I have 8 of them so far.

I couldn't find a pre-order entry in the biggest stores yet but I think this will be listed in
www.axelmusic.dk and
www.megastore.se as a pre-order pretty soon. I think it was added to Scanbox' homepage very recently.
